It’s That Bedstuy Guy!

 

Hab Oh is a self-taught Multidisciplinary Artist that resides and works in his hometown of Brooklyn, NY. In 2009, Hab founded his own illustration brand, Habtoons™; designed around the theme of being on the fringes of various cultures.

Though he primarily creates cartoon and comic-based artworks, Hab’s oeuvre also includes performance art, spoken word (storytelling), digital animation, podcasting, and independent film. Hab has been a speaker on panels on diversity in art and his work has also been exhibited locally around New York; as well as being featured in online publications and social media platforms (Keeping It Geekly, Simply Robotix Podcast, Brut Magazine, OzComics, Extended Syllables).

In addition to creating video content for YouTube and livestreaming via Twitch, Hab dedicates his time to arts education as a Teaching Artist with organizations in New York City. His passion to teach and mold young minds is just as powerful as his passion for diversity in the art world.
